Individual Technical Training – Per Session (Player)

For field players and goalkeepers (1 hour focused on the technical side of the game)

Work on the physical and technical side of your game, based around a core foundation of movement of the ball and individual ball skill. My sessions drive rapid improvements and results that are hard to match and develop well-rounded players through quality repetitions and game-like situations.

Field Players-

• During your training I will introduce you to tricks, fakes and feints
• Make you comfortable in 1v1 situations
• Work on the technique of ball striking

Goalkeepers-

• Work on reading the path of ball
• Improve how to move, catch and dive to make a save
• Look at different real-game scenarios that will improve your decision making and reaction time
